
Originally from Melbourne’s Western suburbs, Michael graduated from the University of Queensland in 2015 and has been working here at Clarendon Street Dental Practice since 2017. In 2019, Michael took over the practice from Dr Simon Sheed, and has continued aiming to provide high quality and compassionate dental treatment to our local community.
Michael enjoys all aspects of family dentistry, and is a member of the Australian Dental Association. Outside of dentistry, he spends most of his time playing guitar, listening to and writing music, and following Hawthorn in the AFL.

B.DS (Adelaide) M.IT (Deakin)
Dr Mark Holcroft graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Adelaide in 1987. His early years as a graduate were conducted at the Clarendon Street Dental Practice. Mark diversified for a period, qualifying from Deakin University Victoria with a Master of Information Technology. In 2007 he rejoined the Practice to resume dentistry.
As well as being a practicing dentist Mark has acted as a demonstrator to students at LaTrobe University Dental School, Bendigo, Victoria for 8 years. Mark also works, 3 days a month at the local public dental health service.
Mark enjoys providing comprehensive oral and dental care to his patients, tailored to the individual patient and provided in a gentle manner.
Dr Julie Vo values providing the highest quality of care that is thoughtful, comprehensive and centred around her patients. She first graduated with a Bachelor of Biomedical Science (Scholars Program) from Monash University in 2021, before going on to earn a Doctor of Dental Surgery at The University of Melbourne. Dr Julie trained across a multitude of metropolitan and rural areas, including community clinics in Shepparton and Echuca, which fostered a strong commitment to providing accessible care for the wider population. She now brings this experience to Clarendon Street Dental Practice, where she is known for her personalised, evidence-based approach to promote long-term oral health and support her patients in achieving optimal treatment outcomes tailored to their needs.
Outside of dentistry, Julie has a real appreciation for creative pursuits and novel experiences that keep her curious and inspired, including music, fashion and photography. She especially enjoys embarking on road trips and immersing herself in diverse events and cultures, which brings her a sense of clarity. At the end of the day, she feels most herself when spending time with her loved ones.
