Appointments

The Practice reception team are trained in appointment scheduling and management. They place great importance upon finding an agreed appointment date and time that  meets the patients needs and assists the scheduling process. Notifying the practice where the appointment cannot be met is appreciated.  Confirmation of attendance by the patient at their scheduled appointment is attended  24 hours prior to the date. Every patient is asked which method of contact they prefer :

  • SMS reminder
